Delete your MathSense Tutor account

You can delete your account and everything the Tutor keeps about you yourself, in about a minute. Deletion is immediate.

In the app

  1. Open Account (bottom right).
  2. Tap My data — export or delete everything.
  3. Tap Delete my Tutor data, type DELETE, then Delete now.

On the website

  1. Sign in at mathsense.ai/tutor and open My data (mathsense.ai/tutor/data).
  2. Choose Delete my Tutor data, type DELETE, then Delete now.

What is removed

  • Every session, photo and conversation, your practice problems and your learning record.
  • Your Tutor profile and usage counters.
  • Any Tutor or Family subscription is cancelled at the same time (no further charges).
  • Your login (email and password) — unless the same login also holds a teacher or school account, in which case only the Tutor data is removed and the other account is untouched.
  • Family profiles, if you are the parent on a Family plan.

By email

If you cannot sign in, email info@mathsense.ai from the address on the account with the subject "Delete my Tutor account". We confirm who you are and complete the deletion within 30 days.
