Growth & Implementation

Founding Educator Fellow

Shape how AI changes the classroom — from inside the classroom.

The Role

Founding Educator Fellows are the heartbeat of MathSense AI. They are the teachers, instructional coaches, and math specialists who bring the platform into their practice, surface what works and what doesn't, and help us build technology that actually serves students.

Why It Matters

Most ed-tech is built without teachers. Features get designed in conference rooms far from classrooms. Founding Educator Fellows change that. Your feedback isn't a ticket in a queue — it shapes the product roadmap.

Overview

This is not a sponsored post or a paid brand deal. It's a founding relationship. As a Fellow, you'll have direct access to the product team, influence over feature development, and early access to everything we build. Your students' outcomes are the measure of our success.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities

Integrate MathSense AI into your math instruction and share honest feedback on what helps students

Participate in monthly product feedback sessions with the MathSense AI team

Identify learning gaps and edge cases the AI needs to handle better

Help evaluate new features before they ship — especially grading, feedback, and lesson planning tools

Share your classroom experience through case studies, interviews, or written reflections (optional)

Introduce other educators who might benefit from joining the Council

Who We're Looking For

Ideal Background

Active K-12 math teacher, instructional coach, or math specialist

Genuine interest in AI-assisted grading and personalized learning — not just curiosity, but a readiness to try it

Willingness to share candid feedback, including when things aren't working

Collaborative spirit — this is a two-way relationship, not a tool handoff

Experience with diverse learners, mixed-ability classrooms, or underserved communities is a strong plus

Time Commitment

2–4 hours per month. Integrated into your existing practice — no separate side project required.

What You Receive

Full platform access — AI grading, lesson planning, rubric generation, and every feature we build

Direct line to the product team — your name goes on features you influenced

Priority support — questions answered, issues resolved fast

Recognition as a Founding Educator Fellow in our community and communications

Early access to research, insights, and data from across the MathSense AI network

Connection to a community of educators who share your commitment to better math outcomes

Invitation to join our Founding Educator Equity Circle — a limited cohort of fellows shaping how MathSense AI serves underrepresented students and communities

Eligibility for future paid pilot programs and research initiatives as MathSense AI grows

Our commitment to diversity

We actively seek educators and advisors from underrepresented communities, schools serving high-need populations, and regions where equitable math education is most urgently needed. If that describes you, we especially want to hear from you.
