Growth & Strategy

Founding Education Strategy Advisor

Help us build the educational foundation that makes AI in classrooms work at scale.

The Role

Founding Education Strategy Advisors are the thinkers, leaders, and researchers who help MathSense AI understand the broader educational landscape — policy, equity, learning science, and systemic change. Their perspective ensures that what we build is not just useful but transformative.

Why It Matters

Building responsible AI in education requires more than technical expertise. It requires deep knowledge of how schools work, how students learn, and how change actually happens in educational systems. Strategy Advisors bring that knowledge into our product and organizational thinking.

Overview

This is a strategic advisory relationship. Advisors don't manage the day-to-day — they inform the big decisions. How should AI grading interact with standards-based assessment? What does meaningful feedback look like for different student populations? How do we ensure access doesn't correlate with privilege? These are the questions we need you to help us think through.
